A local production
Cosmica is an indie brand. Here at our HQ, everything is carefully crafted, down to the smallest detail, and strictly handmade!
As an independent company, our jewelry takes varying amounts of time to produce, depending on its size, workmanship, and any finishing touches we outsource.
These, which we turn to for jobs like casting or plating, are all run by small local entrepreneurs, and we are very keen to encourage this modus operandi.
Each piece of jewelry has an estimated production time in its description.

Orders
Any order will not be considered finalized until our official acceptance, which will be sent to you after confirmation by email.

Discounts and coupons cannot be used on sale items unless specifically stated.
Prices and Payments
We will do our best to keep our website and prices up to date, although errors and inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
If there are errors, you will be notified promptly and no products will be sent until you confirm.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Any difference relating to payments in currencies other than the Euro will be borne by the buyer.
Prices include VAT.
We accept major international credit cards and PayPal payments.

National Shipping
Our jewelry is handmade and this requires a different preparation time for each piece.
Delivery times are listed in the individual descriptions. Please consider this as an approximate estimate, as it may take a little longer or a little less depending on the situation.
We know very well how exciting it is, once you've made a purchase, to wait for the package!
Shipping can be done via DHL or SDA courier.
SDA by Poste Italiane: This cheaper service offers very fast delivery times, from 1 to 3 days (barring unforeseen circumstances). However, it does not provide insurance coverage in case of loss of the package.
DHL EXPRESS COURIER: This service guarantees very fast delivery, 24 to 48 hours, and covers any loss or damage to the package.
(Delivery times to islands may be longer.)
Both services are traceable via tracking code.
All orders over €120 have free insured shipping!
International shipping
Shipping outside Italy is done via DHL or UPS courier.
All orders over €200 have free insured shipping to the EU.
All orders over €240 have free insured shipping to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Switzerland.
All orders over €300 have free insured shipping to the rest of the world.
Delivery times for the European Union, England, USA, Canada, Japan, Australia usually vary from 5 to 7 days.
Delivery times for the rest of the world may vary from 5 to 10 days.
You will need to ensure someone is present to accept delivery.
We do not cover any customs or inspection costs for orders outside of Italy.
Packages are shipped at our risk as soon as they are received by the buyer or any other person present at the address you provided.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.
