A local production
Cosmica is an indie brand. Here in our HQ everything is prepared with care, down to the smallest details and strictly handmade!
Being an independent company, the jewels have a different production time based on the size, workmanship and any finishing for which we rely on external companies.
These, which we turn to for jobs such as casting or plating, are all managed by small local entrepreneurs and we are very keen to encourage this modus operandi.
Each jewel contains the estimated production time in the description.

General informations
Our site is supported by Shopify which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products or services.
The sales contract through cosmicagioielli.com is with Cosmica Gioielli and you agree that any product purchased will be for personal use only and not for resale to third parties.
To use this site you must be at least 18 years old. If you are a minor, you may continue to use this site only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. If not, please do not use our site.
By registering and purchasing our products you confirm that you provide us with complete and truthful personal information.
This information is requested for the sole purpose of providing you with the products you order or will order.
During registration, you will need to choose a username and password. You will be responsible for any action taken under this account and it will be your responsibility to protect sensitive data and prevent it from being stolen: if you suspect that someone else has come into possession of it, it will be your responsibility to change your access data.
Using false or stolen personal details is a criminal offence.
Any suspicious, criminal or illegal action regarding personal data and payments will be prosecuted according to the law.
Orders
Any order will not be considered finalized before our official acceptance, which will be received after confirmation via email.
It will be your responsibility to check the details in the form you will receive and, in case of errors, you must contact us as soon as possible.
Discounts and coupons cannot be used on sale goods unless specifically stated.
Prices and Payments
We will do our best to keep our site and prices updated correctly, although there may occasionally be the possibility of errors and inaccuracies.
In case of errors, you will be notified promptly and no product will be sent until confirmed by you.
Prices of our products are subject to change without notice.
Any difference relating to payments with currencies other than the Euro will be borne by the buyer.
Prices include VAT.
We accept major international credit cards and payment via PayPal.
It is also possible to make payments via bank transfer, we invite you to contact us directly at cosmicagioielli@gmail.com for information in this regard.
National shipping
Our jewelry is handmade and this requires a different preparation time for each one.
The times are notified in the individual descriptions, please consider it indicative as it may take a little less or a little longer depending on the situations.
We know very well how electrifying it is to wait for the package once you've made a purchase!
Shipping can be carried out, by choice, via DHL or SDA courier.
SDA by Poste Italiane: This cheaper service has very fast delivery times, from 1 to 3 days (barring unforeseen circumstances). However, it does not have insurance coverage in case of loss of the package.
DHL EXPRESS COURIER: This service guarantees very fast delivery, from 24 to 48 hours and covers any loss or damage to the package.
(For islands there may be longer delivery times).
Both services are traceable via tracking code.
All orders over €120 have free insured shipping!
International shipping
Shipping beyond Italy is carried out via DHL or UPS courier.
All orders over €200 have free insured shipping to the EU.
All orders over €240 have free insured shipping to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Switzerland.
All orders over €300 have free insured shipping to the rest of the world.
Delivery times for the European Union, England, USA, Canada, Japan, Australia usually vary from 5 to 7 days.
Delivery times for the rest of the world can vary from 5 to 10 days.
You will need to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.
We do not cover any customs or control costs for orders outside Italy.
Packages are shipped at our risk, as soon as they are received by the buyer or by any other person present at the address provided by you.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted only in the event of receipt of a product that does not conform to the description.
This, once the jewel has been ascertained as being incorrect, will be replaced with a compliant product after it has been returned by the customer.
Possible cases:
- In the unfortunate event that the package arrives damaged or is lost, only the choice of shipping via DHL is insured.
- If you have chosen the wrong size/finish we offer a repair service (for a fee). Shipments (round trip) are the responsibility of the customer.

- Our jewels are created with care and with the best materials and observing attention and common sense we take it for granted. We understand though, accidents can happen!
If the jewel breaks / ruins there are no refunds: however, we offer, when possible, a repair service (for a fee). Shipments (round trip) are the responsibility of the customer.
Intellectual property
All content on the site, including the design of the jewellery, photos, logo and any other graphic and non-graphic material, including the name Cosmica Gioielli, are exclusively the property of Cosmica Gioielli.
You may not publish, manipulate, distribute or reproduce any of the content on the site. By using our service, you agree to the preservation of its integrity.
