Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You can return an order within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date*.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
*This policy does not apply to personalized or custom-made jewelry such as rings and bracelets and jewelry created at the buyer's request, in compliance with the provisions of art. 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 205/2006).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the jewels must meet the following characteristics:
- They must be in perfect resalable condition
- They must never have been used
- They must not show any damage, they must not be ruined or dirty
- Must include all their parts and accessories
- They must be packaged in their original packaging with all the information present.
Please send us an email with your request to sofia@cosmicagioielli.com, including the following information:
- Name and Surname used for the order
- Order number and date
- Reason for the return request
- Attachments: photos confirming the condition of the jewel and satisfying the requirements relating to the right of withdrawal
Once your request has been submitted, its eligibility will be assessed and you will be contacted to proceed with the return of the product and the relevant refund/replacement.
The replacement of the product must be made with a product of equal value.
Return due to product defect or error
If you have received the wrong product (in terms of size or style) or if it was damaged during shipping, we encourage you to promptly gather all the necessary information to prove the problem (photos of the crushed, broken, or opened package) so we can discuss this with the courier.
You can send your request email to sofia@cosmicagioielli.com with all the information related to your request:
- Name and Surname used for the order
- Order number and date
- Attachments: photos confirming the condition of the jewel or package upon receipt
You will receive instructions for returning the incorrect/damaged item and replacing it with a new item that matches your order.
Return due to size error by the buyer
In compliance with the provisions of Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 205/2006), custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This applies in particular to rings and bracelets which, like all other products, are handcrafted but also come in a specific size requested by the buyer.
